Questions people ask

Where does the information in a preview come from?

Only public sources: your business listings, public records, your existing pages and your social profiles. If anything is wrong or out of date, we fix it in the build.

Is the preview public?

No. It's a private link made for you and hidden from search engines. Nothing goes live until you approve it.

What do I need to give you?

Your logo if you have one, a few photos, and quick answers to a handful of questions. We also use your email to set up your Cloudflare account, so you'll get one verification email from Cloudflare.

What does the monthly fee cover?

Your domain's registration and renewal, and keeping everything we set up running and up to date. You can cancel any time; your site, account and domain stay yours, and after that renewing the domain is up to you.

What if I don't like it?

You review your site before anything goes live. If you're not happy, tell us before you approve it and we refund the build fee in full, and nothing is launched.

I already have a website.

Then this replaces it: same address, better site. We'll move anything worth keeping and point your domain at the new one.

Who owns it?

You do. The site lives in a Cloudflare account in your name, on a domain in your name.

Will I show up first on Google or in AI answers?

No one can promise that, and we won't. We do the work that helps (clean structure, business data that search engines and AI assistants can read, fast pages) and the rest is up to them.

Is paying online safe?

Payment is handled by Stripe, one of the world's largest payment companies. We never see or store your card number.
